Order Processing
All Axonifys phone case orders undergo verification and processing within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. This timeframe ensures your order is accurately prepared and quality-checked before leaving our facility. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Please review this email carefully to ensure all details, especially the shipping address, are correct.

Shipping Methods
We offer free shipping on orders over $29, and for orders under $29 we have flat shipping $4.85. 

Domestic Shipping Timelines
For orders shipped within the domestic United States, standard shipping typically requires 5-8 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched. Please note that these are estimated transit times and are not guaranteed, as they are subject to carrier performance and potential external delays.

International Delivery Estimates
Axonifys ships to a wide range of international destinations. Delivery times for these orders generally range from 10 to 25 business days, depending on the country's customs processing efficiency. Please be aware that any import taxes, duties, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal will be sent to you. Please allow up to 12-24 hours for the tracking information to become active and available on the carrier’s website.

Understanding Shipping Delays
Axonifys is not liable for delays in delivery caused by carrier-related issues, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, customs inspections, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such exceptional circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your tracking information indicates that your package is lost, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@Axonifys.com within 14 days of the shipment date. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work towards a prompt resolution, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Failed Delivery Attempts
Packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient will be considered abandoned after notification. We can reship the order subject to payment of a new shipping fee. Unclaimed packages may be subject to a restocking fee.
