Returns Policy
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or a manufacturing defect. We strongly advise using a tracked and insured shipping method for your returned items.
Processing Refunds
Upon receipt of your returned item at our warehouse, our team will inspect it. You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanging Your Product
If you wish to exchange your Axonifys phone case for a different color or model, you must first return the original item following the standard return procedure. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item. Price differences and shipping costs for the new order will apply.
International Returns Process
Customers returning items from outside the U.S. are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated customs paperwork. Clearly mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid being charged import duties. All refunds for international returns will be issued in U.S. Dollars.
Receiving a Defective Item
In the rare event that you receive a defective or faulty phone case, please contact us immediately at contact@Axonifys.com. We will apologize for the inconvenience and send a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item, after which we will expedite a brand-new replacement to you.
